The Story
hoito started in a therapy centre in Devon. The founder runs therapy rooms, sees clients, and spent 14 years in IT before retraining. After trying every platform on the market — and finding them all either overpriced, generic, or half-finished — they decided to build what should have existed already.
The problem is simple: counselling directories charge £25/month just to be listed. Practice management tools are built for GPs and physios, not talking therapists. Room booking platforms don't know your client records exist. You end up paying for three tools that don't talk to each other.
